These things are sent from the heavens! With these crazy times I’ve been noticing lots of extra tension in my back and legs. These are the tools to work it all out. The rolling bar is definitely my favorite. It pulls the knots right out of my thighs and calves after a long day and I love it! Would absolutely recommend!
We needed a foam roller set because a physical therapist told us to use it for my fiancé's low back and ITB on her hip/leg. We expected to get something good, but not as good as the physical therapist's roller. Well, turns out this set is actually as good, maybe even better than the physical therapist's. The large roll is the perfect size and perfect firmness for her and after just a couple of days of using it she says she can tell a big difference in her pain and symptoms. We also like the massage stick, I use that on her back and along with the foam roller she says it's amazing!
Quality of the product is good. Only problem is the roller is too small. Would be a perfect 5 if the roller was a little longer.
