We just received our slicer and used it immediately! First, we read all of the instructions in the manual. Then we washed it right away. It was VERY EASY to assemble. The blade is very sharp and cuts through the frozen meat like butter! The beef even curled up perfectly, as they sell at the expensive Asian markets. I am so pleased with the product that we purchased a second one for a family member. If you are looking for a home slicer, this is way better than any powered sliced and very easy to clean!!!
This was great for a group dinner when we stayed at a cabin in the mountains for vacation. The price of getting kbbq is risen like everything else, so it's nice that I can use this and choose whatever quality meats I want to get my own kbbq going at home. Also good for thinly slicing meat for pho.
It’s very helpful to slice the meat in the thin slice (thickness can be adjustable, the function is quite good).
It came in a neat box and a simple manual/instructions. This is super easy to assemble and use! Make sure to follow the instructions carefully, otherwise you’ll end up in a bad accident or cutting your finger because the blade is quite sharp. They included an extra blade which is nice. Worth every penny and now I can slice meat for my hotpot and it’s perfect!
